After ordering blinds online, or any of our other window coverings, you may check the status of your order in one of several ways:
E-mail
You may submit an order status inquiry by sending us an e-mail at contactus@shopblinds.com. You will receive a reply from a Shop Blinds customer service representative with your window covering order status within 24 hours.
Phone
You may also check on your window covering order status by calling us directly at 800.794.2595. Our customer service representatives are available from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm Pacific Time Monday through Saturday.
Live Chat
If you prefer, our live chat feature is also available and will allow you to check on your window covering order status immediately. Live chat representatives are available from 5:00 am until 7:00 pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday.
Please note that since ship each item as soon as it is made, multiple item orders may arrive separately. We will begin manufacturing products on all orders once the order has been placed. Approximate delivery times are listed on product pages. While most products are shipped via UPS, oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers.
The following exceptions that may affect the delivery of your order: On rare occasions there may be delays due to out-of-stock materials, inventory taking, shipping delays, temporary factory overload, or factory closures.
